Our more than 1000 caregivers across the nation come from various different backgrounds and levels of experience. From kind-hearted people looking to meaningfully connect with others to highly trained nurses and medical assistants, all of our caregivers bring a passion for helping others achieve whatever a high quality of life means to them. 

How Do We Qualify Our Caregivers?

Regardless of their title and experience, each of our caregivers passes a comprehensive background check and receives initial and ongoing training that helps them provide consistent, excellent care. Our caregivers live our  “We are CARE philosophy and are awarded Caregiver of the Month when they go above and beyond providing CARE.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • Completes state-approved training program 
  • Helps with activities of daily living and other healthcare needs 
  • Provides companion, lifestyle, and personal care

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

  • Completes state-approved training program 
  • Administers medications per physician’s orders 
  • Oral administration, topicals, drops, PRN Tube Feeding, and Sub Q 

Home Health Aide

  • Helps with activities of daily living and other healthcare needs 
  • Provides companion, lifestyle, and personal care 
  • Meal preparation, cooking, running errands, doctor appointments, and medication reminders 

Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Creates a care plan 
  • Updates the care plan every 60 days or per change in condition 
  • Oversees care teams to ensure things are running smoothly and effectively 

Companion/Homemaker

  • May perform companion and lifestyle care
  • Helps with running errands, meal preparation, cooking, light housekeeping, laundry, and more
  • Gives medication reminders
