A Place at Home has received the 2017 Best of Home Care – Employer of Choice Award from Home Care Pulse. The Employer of Choice Award is granted only to the top-ranking home care providers, based on caregiver satisfaction scores gathered by Home Care Pulse, an independent satisfaction research firm for home care. A Place at Home is now ranked among the best employers of in-home caregivers in the region.
Best of Home Care – Employer of Choice award-winning providers work with Home Care Pulse to gather feedback from their caregivers via live phone interviews each month. Because Home Care Pulse is an independent company, it is able to collect honest and unbiased feedback. A Place at Home has received this award for their outstanding performance in the following caregiver satisfaction categories: Comfort with Supervisor, Respected by Supervisor, Providing Feedback, Clear Expectations, and Office Support Staff.
“One of our goals is to provide all the families that we work with the best Caregivers in the greater Omaha area. We recognize that families want to know that the person they have hired to take care of their loved ones will provide the same loving and compassionate care they would receive from a family member or close friend. A large part of that commitment involves working closely with our Caregivers to ensure they receive the training and support they need to provide that level of care. We could not be more pleased to know that our Caregivers feel they are supported and respected members of our team.” says Dustin Distefano, CEO.
“We congratulate A Place at Home on earning this award,” says Aaron Marcum, CEO and founder of Home Care Pulse. “Since it is based on employee feedback, it shows the dedication A Place at Home has to providing their employees with a great working experience, while ensuring clients have well-trained, caring caregivers. “We are happy to recognize A Place at Home as a Best of Home Care – Employer of Choice, and we celebrate their accomplishments in building a team of happy, qualified caregivers to care for their clients.”
