Jerome decided to launch an A Place At Home franchise after personally experiencing the challenges of caring for his father during an unexpected and persistent illness. At this time, he became aware of both the needs of seniors and the challenges they face in navigating their way to appropriate care. As a result, he is passionate about maintaining the quality of life for seniors no matter what their circumstances are. He is also committed to providing an understanding and supportive work environment for caregivers.

Jeanne decided to transition to the healthcare field after her grandmother got sick with cancer and was placed on hospice care. Jeanne saw the lack of compassion that her grandmother received and decided that she wanted to help make a difference in the lives of other people so that no one else had to go through that. She has worked both as a caregiver and in the office setting. Jeanne is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives around her.
Senior Care Coordinator
Catlyn started to work in health care around 10 years ago. She wanted to work in health care because of her grandparents and the care that they had received at a very sensitive time in their lives. Her grandfather had developed dementia and ultimately was placed in a memory care facility. Catlyn remembers that he was not receiving the care he deserved. Her grandmother was suffering from cancer and demanded that she stay at home. At that time in-home care was not an option. There were not a lot of companies that provided in-home care, and there was not a lot of information out there. Her grandmother ended up passing away at home but had received no care in her home at all. Once Catlyn became old enough, she started working in health care because she wanted to change the way people view in-home care. She wants to make a difference in the world. She wants to be the voice and give the elderly population the proper care that they deserve.
Wendy has been working in the healthcare field for over 17 years. She started taking care of her great-grandparents until their passing and became and CNA/Caregiver immediately after. Wendy came to work for A Place At Home because she enjoys helping others. In her free time, she likes to travel and spend time with her children.
Jessica chose to become a nurse because she has always enjoyed taking care of other people. She loves to help people feel better. While in nursing school, Jessica quickly discovered her favorite patients were the elderly. She loves getting to know their rich histories and life stories.
