A Place At Home started out of our founders’ own needs for support while navigating the uncertainty and anxiety of caring for aging loved ones. That’s why we’re so committed to providing excellent, consistent, and comprehensive at-home care to families throughout the Central Columbus area, We are proud to serve families across Central Columbus area, including Dublin, Westerville, Powell, Lewis Center, Hilliard and surrounding areas.

Meet Our Owners

Fatema Kapasi

Owner

Fatema is an accomplished professional leader with over 20 years of experience in the health care industry serving the communities of Central Columbus and the greater Columbus area. She is a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio and has experience in multiple clinical settings. Fatema, with her exceptional clinical skills and knowledge, provides compassionate care in her roles as a therapist and leader. Fatema believes in the value of aging in place – and that it improves the overall quality of life and promotes healing. She is excited to embark on this journey to give back to her community. She resides with her husband and two daughters in Lewis Center, Ohio and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and staying healthy through workouts and yoga.
