About Our at Home Care Services
A Place At Home started out of our founders’ own needs for support while navigating the uncertainty and anxiety of caring for aging loved ones. That’s why we’re so committed to providing excellent, consistent, and comprehensive at-home care to families throughout the Main Line area, including Villanova, Narberth, Paoli, and the surrounding communities.
Memorial

In Loving Memory of Dina Jenney
On May 3, 2025, A Place at Home – Philadelphia West lost its heart and soul with the sudden passing of Dina Jenney at the age of 55. As the founder of A Place at Home – Philadelphia West, Dina built more than a home care agency – she cultivated a legacy rooted in compassion, dignity, and community that continues to guide and inspire us every day.
Dina’s path to home care was deeply personal, shaped by a lifetime of caregiving that began with her grandmother and extended into a distinguished career in hospitality with DoubleTree Hotels and beyond. In 2020, alongside her beloved husband of 27 years, Paul Jenney Sr., Dina launched A Place at Home – Philadelphia West.
Dina led with warmth, fierce determination, and unshakable empathy. Whether driving with the top down and music blasting, advocating for her team, or standing boldly for those she loved, Dina lived life full of passion and purpose. As an organ donor through the Gift of Life program, her selflessness saved lives even after her passing, a final act of her boundless generosity.
Her greatest joy was her family. Dina was a devoted wife to Paul Sr. and a proud mother to five children: Celia Kelley (Alex), Hillary Jenney, Paul Jenney Jr., Isabella Jenney, and Patrick Jenney. She is survived by her mother, Miriam Passarella; her sister, Nicole Passarella; and her cherished pets Purcy, Luna, and Madison. She is now reunited with her beloved father, Richard Passarella Sr., and brother, Richard Passarella Jr.
Today, Dina’s legacy lives on through her family’s unwavering commitment to the mission she built. Paul Jenney Sr., now owner and the heart behind the company’s community outreach and marketing. Paul Jenney Jr., inspired by his mother’s compassion, stepped into leadership as the Recruitment and Retention Specialist. Celia Kelley, Dina’s eldest, manages critical back-end systems with the precision her mother modeled. United as a family and supported by a dedicated team, they are carrying A Place at Home – Philadelphia West forward, always in Dina’s honor.
Dina once said that A Place at Home filled her heart in ways she never imagined. The truth is, she filled ours. Her spirit lives on in every client we serve, every caregiver we support, and every act of kindness we carry forward.
