A Place At Home started out of our founders’ own needs for support while navigating the uncertainty and anxiety of caring for aging loved ones. That’s why we’re so committed to providing excellent, consistent, and comprehensive at-home care to families throughout Essex County and the surrounding communities.
Meet Our Owner
Tania
Owner
Tania Pagan-Rosario is a former teacher with a dual Master’s Degree in Childhood Education and Students with Disabilities from Long Island University. In recent years, Tania pivoted to the world of healthcare technology as a Product Manager, where she worked on applications used in hospitals and skilled nursing facilities that directly improved patient outcomes and streamlined medical workflows. Through those professional experiences, she learned that data-driven studies have proven patients recover best at home with the proper support. Tania was personally inspired by her grandmother’s experiences to become part of the A Place At Home family so that she could help others. Tania lives in Montclair, New Jersey, with her husband, co-owner, and their two young children. During their free time, they love to spend time with their children reading, playing sports, and Dungeons & Dragons.
Arturo
Co-Owner
Arturo Rosario has spent the past 25 years building transformational technology organizations for large Fortune 100 companies and, most recently, for successful startups. During the past seven years, he architected healthcare technology solutions that improved patient outcomes. Realizing that it was deeply fulfilling to impact patient lives positively, he wanted to continue improving patient and provider lives by optimizing care. This motivated him to join his wife, Tania, to co-own A Place At Home – Montclair. His most fulfilling role in life so far has been coaching little league baseball and soccer teams for his two sons and being their Dungeon Master!

Daniela holds a bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Social Sciences, with an emphasis on foreign languages, reflecting her deep passion for understanding and respecting diverse cultures worldwide. As a dedicated recruiter, she possesses a wealth of experience and a track record in talent acquisition.
Her profound sense of empathy and cultural appreciation makes her a compassionate advocate for those who believe in making a difference in the lives of others. Daniela’s commitment to fostering strong professional relationships ensure successful matches between employers and candidates.
