A Place At Home started out of our founders’ own needs for support while navigating the uncertainty and anxiety of caring for aging loved ones. Meet the Team
Sarah Condelli
Sarah joined A Place At Home as a CNA in 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience in home
care. With her recent promotion to Coordinator, she seamlessly transitions into a leadership
role, having firsthand experience as a caregiver. Her deep understanding of in-home care allows
her to support both clients and caregivers with empathy and expertise. Sarah is excited for this
new chapter in her career and looks forward to contributing to the growth of both the company and her professional journey.
