Natalie Watts
Owner
Natalie had 25 years of experience leading sales and project management teams in the telecommunications industry when she opened A Place At Home – Hot Springs. She’s been a part of the Little Rock community for 30 years. While the leap from telecommunications to senior care may seem to be a big one, Natalie wanted to make a bigger impact on the community than a corporate role could provide. Since opening in 2019, she’s done just that – brought compassionate and professional care to Hot Springs.

Melanie McElrath
Executive Director
Melanie holds a BSN and RN degree and has been practicing as a registered nurse for more than 22 years. Throughout her career, she has worked in various clinical areas such as skilled nursing, ICU stepdown, hospice, and ambulatory surgery. Over the last 10 years, she has occupied various nursing management roles. Besides her professional work, Melanie volunteers with her son’s boy scout troop and her church community. During her leisure time, she likes spending quality time with her husband and two children, reading, and crafting.
Kenzie Martin
Office Manager
Kenzie has extensive experience in customer service, spanning over 15 years. Additionally, she has worked in the medical field for over 15 years as a CNA at a senior living facility and a home health facility. Kenzie has also worked in other professions, including behavioral health as a patient care coordinator and pain management as a medical assistant. She is dedicated to maintaining a high level of accountability with caregivers to ensure families receive the best care possible. Kenzie strongly believes in hiring compassionate caregivers and providing them with top-notch training to build confidence in their interactions with clients. She values the sense of community that comes from helping those in need, and at A Place At Home – Hot Springs, they treat their clients like family during challenging times. Kenzie cherishes her family and enjoys creating lasting memories with them. She is excited about being part of the A Place At – Home Hot Springs family.
