Jennifer Sult

Owner

With more than 15 years of experience in home care, Jennifer Sult brings expertise, compassion, and personal understanding to every family she serves. As an Operations Manager and Compliance Officer, she has devoted her career to helping seniors receive safe, dependable, high-quality care. She holds a master’s degree in health care management.

For Jennifer, home care is more than a career. It’s personal.

Jennifer’s passion for helping seniors and their families began with her own grandmother, who lived with dementia. She saw firsthand the challenges her mother faced while navigating care options and working to keep her grandmother safe, comfortable, and independent at home. That experience left a lasting impression on Jennifer and inspired her to help other families navigate what can be an emotional and overwhelming journey.

Today, Jennifer is committed to providing compassionate, professional in-home care while taking the time to understand each person’s and family’s unique needs. Whether a senior needs companionship, assistance with daily activities, support to maintain independence, or guidance in navigating care options, Jennifer wants families to know they have someone they can trust and turn to.

A Commitment to Quality Care

Jennifer is passionate about quality care, clear communication, and ongoing education. She believes families deserve honesty, transparency, and thoughtful guidance when making decisions about the care of someone they love.

She is equally committed to supporting caregivers through continued training, education, and professional development. Jennifer believes that when caregivers have the knowledge, resources, and confidence they need, seniors and their families receive more consistent, dependable care.

To Jennifer, caregivers are more than service providers. They build meaningful relationships, offer companionship, bring comfort into the home, and help seniors continue living life on their own terms. Supporting caregivers is an important part of creating a culture centered on compassionate, high-quality care.

Proud to Serve the Community I Call Home

East Brunswick is home for Jennifer. She has lived in the community, raised her children here, and remained actively involved in the area for many years. She values the families, neighborhoods, and strong sense of community that make East Brunswick and the surrounding townships such a special place to live.

Serving the community, she calls home is deeply meaningful to Jennifer.

She understands that families often struggle to find the right balance between independence, safety, and support for an aging parent or loved one. Jennifer hopes to be a trusted resource throughout that journey, not only when care is needed, but also when families need information, guidance, or simply someone willing to listen.

“You don’t have to navigate this process alone.”

If you or someone you love is considering care at home, Jennifer welcomes the opportunity to sit down with you, understand your needs, and explore how her team can help.

She is honored to serve East Brunswick and the surrounding communities and to help local families support their loved ones with compassion, dignity, and the opportunity to remain independent at home.

What “We Are CARE
Means to Us

At A Place At Home – East Brunswick, CARE is more than a phrase. It reflects how we want every client and family to feel when they work with us.

We know inviting someone into your home to care for a loved one is a personal decision. Families want to know that the person providing support will show up with compassion, communicate clearly, treat their loved one with dignity, and do the right thing even when no one is watching. That is what CARE means to our team.

Compassionate – We take the time to listen, understand, and respond with empathy.

Accountable – We follow through on our commitments and take responsibility for the care we provide.

Respectful – We honor each person’s preferences, routines, independence, and dignity.

Ethical – We approach every decision with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

For us, good home care is not just about completing tasks. It is about building trust, creating meaningful relationships, and helping families feel supported through the changes that come with aging.

Our goal is to be a dependable resource for families in East Brunswick and the surrounding communities, providing care with consistency, kindness, and a genuine commitment to the people we serve.
