As Chief Strategic Officer, Charlyn draws on over 20 years of experience in education, public service, and healthcare, as well as her journey as a U.S. Air Force veteran and breast cancer survivor, to guide care that is thoughtful and person-centered.

Mr. Salomon, Chief Operations Officer, brings over 25 years of experience spanning healthcare, housing, and sustainability. Bilingual in English and Haitian Creole and trained at Harvard, he ensures care is both culturally responsive and operationally strong.
