Dr. Charlyn Hilliman, Ph.D., MPA, CDE®, and Edouard Salomon, MBA, bring decades of experience and compassion to their leadership roles. As Chief Strategic Officer, Dr. Hilliman draws from over 20 years in education, public service, and healthcare, as well as her journey as a U.S. Air Force veteran and breast cancer survivor, to guide care that is thoughtful and person-centered.
Mr. Salomon, Chief Operations Officer, brings more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, housing, and sustainability. Bilingual in English and Haitian Creole and trained at Harvard, he ensures care is both culturally responsive and operationally strong.
Together, Dr. Hilliman and Mr. Salomon are dedicated to helping aging adults and their families navigate life’s transitions with compassion, clear guidance, and dependable care in the comfort of home.
