A Place At Home started out of our founders’ own needs for support while navigating the uncertainty and anxiety of caring for aging loved ones. Meet our Owner
Adedayo Ojo
Owner & Administrator
Adedayo (Dayo) is a seasoned professional leader with over 40 years of experience in
the corporate sector, dedicated to serving communities – the elderly, underprivileged,
and vulnerable. He possesses extensive expertise and a profound passion for providing
support in the health and education sectors.
Dayo is an energetic and enthusiastic relationship management expert with a wealth of
experience in diverse cultural settings, having worked across various communities in
the United States, Europe, and Africa.
Leveraging his broad and exceptional skills and knowledge, Dayo leads a team of
compassionate caregivers. His personal experiences with his parents have shown him
the significant positive impact that compassionate, superior, and flawless home care
can have in promoting joy, happiness, good health, and longevity for seniors, the aged,
and the sick.
Dayo strongly believes in the value of aging in place, which he considers critical to
enhancing the overall quality of life. He is enthusiastic about embarking on this journey
to give back to his community. Presently residing in Perry Hall, Maryland, Dayo
frequently spends time with his grandchildren and enjoys traveling and playing golf.
Meet the Team
Yemi Adebisi
Administrator
Yemi is an accomplished finance professional with over twenty years of experience in
financial management and business operations. At the University of Texas Health
Science Center, she began her career as a Senior Financial Analyst, where she was
responsible for creating and reviewing financial reports for senior executives. Her
exceptional analytical skills resulted in her promotion to Director of Business
Operations, overseeing financial reporting, documentation, and strategic planning for
University of Texas Physicians.
Prior to this role, Yemi served as Finance Manager at the Miami-Dade County Animal
Services Department, where she managed budgets, projections, grant management,
and fiscal reviews. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, which equips
her to make informed and strategic decisions in complex and challenging environments.
