About Our At Home Care Services

A Place At Home started out of our founders’ own needs for support while navigating the uncertainty and anxiety of caring for aging loved ones. That’s why we’re so committed to providing excellent, consistent, and comprehensive at-home care to families throughout Pueblo and Freemont Counties.

Meet Our Owner

Bambi Creek

Owner

Bambi Creek RN, MSN is a graduate level Registered Nurse with 40 years of nursing experience. She is an accomplished Healthcare Executive that has spent her career developing programs that assure quality patient care delivery at all times with an emphasis on individualized care planning while considering the client whole including physical, emotional, environmental, and spiritual needs. Despite enjoying a highly successful career in the healthcare industry, Bambi saw the need for high-quality in-home senior care services when her own parents fell ill and needed additional support to maintain living where they were most comfortable- in their home. She felt that it was time to move on to a different challenge in her career and focus on assisting seniors in living in the most independent setting possible for their situation. Bambi has a strong background in dementia/memory care and is currently finishing her doctoral dissertation that addresses supportive techniques for caregivers of persons with dementia. She would love the opportunity to work with you and your family to meet all in-home care needs for seniors in her community.

Meet The Team

Caylyn Creek

Office Manager

Caylyn Creek came to A Place At Home with her mother, Bambi Creek, with the same ideals and passion for seniors. She has worked in the hospital setting for nine years and developed a loving understanding of how difficult it can be for persons to be hospitalized with limited resources when they return home. Caylyn received accommodations several times for her customer service skill while working in the hospital setting and her loving approach puts others at ease. She also experienced the path of dealing with sick family members and understands the stressor that occurs both for family members and their caregivers. Caylyn hopes to provide creative solutions to meet these challenges and assist seniors to accomplish a high quality of life in their later years
