On <\/span>December 16th<\/b>, <\/span>A Place At Home \u2013 Palmetto<\/span><\/i><\/a> was proud to participate in a special <\/span>\u201cAging in Place\u201d educational event<\/b> held at the <\/span>Lakewood Ranch YMCA<\/b> in Bradenton, Florida. The event was organized and sponsored by our trusted partner, <\/span>Seniors Blue Book<\/b><\/a>, with its Director of Sales, <\/span>Tonia Olsen<\/b>, and brought together seniors and families focused on learning how to age safely and comfortably in their own homes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Connecting and Educating the Community<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

The event welcomed <\/span>25 engaged participants<\/b> who joined us to hear valuable insights on aging well, home safety, and resources to support independent living. These community gatherings provide a meaningful opportunity to share knowledge and empower seniors and caregivers with tools to make informed decisions about in-home care.<\/span><\/p>\n

We were honored to be part of this critical conversation and grateful for the chance to connect face-to-face with attendees who care deeply about maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.<\/span><\/p>\n
