About Our at Home Care Services

A Place At Home started out of our founders’ own needs for support while navigating the uncertainty and anxiety of caring for aging loved ones. That’s why we’re so committed to providing excellent, consistent, and comprehensive at-home care to families throughout the Austin area, including Round Rock, Georgetown, and the surrounding communities.

Meet Our Owners

Stacey Eisenberg

Owner

Stacey’s lifelong dedication to senior care is more than a career—it’s her passion. Her journey started at just three years old, when her mother worked in a nursing home and she would spend her day in the activity room. By the time she was 13, Stacey had already begun working in senior care, setting the stage for over 40 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has managed assisted living and memory care residences, worked in nursing homes, hospitals, rehab centers and supported seniors in independent living communities. What sets Stacey apart is her unwavering commitment to preserving the dignity and well-being of each senior she cares for, treating every client like family.

In her previous role as Director of Fun, Stacey coordinated daily events and activities for nearly 300 independently living seniors. She ensured that every day was filled with joy and meaningful engagement, helping seniors lead rich, fulfilling lives. Over the years, she has seen firsthand how some organizations prioritize profits over people, but she’s always stood firmly on the side of compassionate, quality care.

This deep commitment extends into her own home. Stacey’s children grew up helping her clients, reinforcing her belief that seniors deserve to be treated with the utmost respect and care. As a trained recreation therapist, community educator for the Alzheimer’s Association, volunteer board member of Adult Protective Services, she brings both expertise and genuine care to her work every day.

Stacey’s mission is to be a trusted senior care resource for families who want to ensure their senior loved ones are receiving the best care—whether that’s in their own home or another care setting. Her extensive knowledge has been featured in major outlets like U.S. News & World Report, AARP and Care.com, where she’s provided expert advice on topics like aging in place, choosing the right assisted living facility, and maximizing veteran benefits for senior care. Stacey also shares her industry insights at SeniorKareExpert.com.

Stacey and her husband Bryan own A Place At Home – North Austin, a trusted home care agency serving families of seniors, veterans and adults with disabilities across the greater Austin area, including Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, Hutto, and surrounding communities. Their team of professional caregivers are dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care that allows seniors to thrive at home.

When you choose A Place At Home – North Austin, you’re choosing a partner who will treat your loved one with the same love and respect that Stacey has given to the seniors in her life for over four decades. Let us help you provide the care and peace of mind your family deserves.

Bryan Eisenberg

Owner

Bryan is a former social worker, a serial entrepreneur and a bestselling author. He brings the passion, desire for clear communications, and empathy he used to improve customer experiences to the A Place At Home family. Through his consulting work, with world-renowned brands, Bryan discovered that excellence comes from meticulous execution. He understands people evaluate your performance based on whether your team consistently brings enthusiasm to their work.

After observing the challenges faced by his wife Stacey while working in the senior care industry for over two decades, he gained a fresh perspective. It made him realize that they could make a positive change together. A Place at Home not only values their clients but also places great importance on the well-being of their caregivers. As the saying goes, a happy wife leads to a happy life. Similarly, we firmly believe that happy caregivers result in happy clients.
