A Place At Home started out of our founders’ own needs for support while navigating the uncertainty and anxiety of caring for aging loved ones. That’s why we’re so committed to providing excellent, consistent, and comprehensive at-home care to families throughout the Madison and St. Clair Counties.

Meet Our Owners

Britt Robertson

Owner

Britt earned his master’s degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and has spent a large part of his career helping Fortune 500 clients measure and improve their customer experience. He also led the marketing team for a large insurance company that was focused on expanding its Medicare Advantage product. When he personally experienced the challenges that loved ones face when they’re trying to provide the care a senior needs and saw the increasing need for seniors to have access to professional, high-quality care that allows them to stay in their own homes, he was felt called to start A Place At Home – Metro East. His background helps ensure that A Place At Home clients will have the best possible experience.
