Owner
With more than 25 years of experience in leadership, sales, and business development across the United States and Latin America, Rafael has focused on building meaningful relationships and helping organizations grow by delivering solutions that truly make a difference. Over the years, he has worked closely with customers and partners to build trust, develop strong teams, and deliver meaningful results for the organizations he serves.
His journey into the home care industry was inspired by a deeply personal experience. As his family navigated the challenges of caring for his mother, he witnessed firsthand how important compassionate and dependable care can be, not only for seniors, but also for the families who love them. Like many families, they relied on professional caregivers, an experience that deepened his appreciation for the dedicated professionals who care for others every day.
Today, as the owner of A Place At Home – Lake Nona, he is committed to helping seniors live safely, comfortably, and independently in the place they value most, their home.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children, traveling, hiking, and giving back to the community he proudly serves.
