While most seniors prefer to age at home, one significant drawback is that it can be awfully lonely. Even with frequent visits from family and friends, the days in between can feel long. A Place At Home – Inland Empire West’s companion care services make every day a little brighter. Whether we’re watching a favorite show together, playing cards, or simply sharing a cup of coffee, our caregivers create memorable moments that keep local seniors feeling supported.

What is Companion Care?

Our other caregiving services are centered on help with personal care and daily tasks, but companion care is all about keeping seniors supported, engaged, and social. A Place At Home’s companion caregivers become trusted friends for seniors to chat with, share in their favorite hobbies, and accompany them to appointments. It’s our pleasure to empower seniors to live their best lives.

Our services also take the pressure off of family caregivers who find it challenging to balance their loved one’s appointments and tasks with their own responsibilities. If your senior loved one could be helped by both companion care and non-medical caregiving, just let us know. We’re happy to fill in the gaps – and to give you time for yourself.
