A Place At Home started out of our founders’ own needs for support while navigating the uncertainty and anxiety of caring for aging loved ones. That’s why we’re so committed to providing excellent, consistent, and comprehensive at-home care to families across the Inland Empire, including Norco, Corona, Eastvale, Chino, Chino Hills, Yorba Linda, Ontario, Riverside and the surrounding areas.
Meet Our Owners
Cheryl Daniels
Owner
Cheryl grew up in Bloomington, Indiana, and later moved to Los Angeles, driven by her commitment to her young family. As a dedicated single mother, she successfully balanced raising her son, Brandon, who faced health challenges, while advancing her professional career. Earning a BS in Business with a focus on Finance from CSUN, she’s spent the last two decades as the Chief Financial Officer for an executive search firm in the healthcare sector. Cheryl’s decision to start A Place At Home – Inland Empire stems from her own life experiences. From advocating and coordinating resources and care for Brandon throughout his life, to moving her parents to be close to her so she can ensure they are well-cared for and can maintain their quality of life as they age. Cheryl’s commitment to providing outstanding care to the seniors and families of Inland Empire is a reflection of her dedication to family and community.
Tony Freeman
Owner
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Tony is the proud father of two sons and three daughters. He refers to himself as the “chosen one” when it comes to caring for family. He devotedly cared for his elderly grandmother until her passing in 2001 and his mother until her passing in 2014. Following this, Tony relocated to California to unite with his partner, Cheryl Daniels. After an 18-year management tenure at Costco under his belt, he transitioned to the professional trucking industry, where he’s spent the last six years. Today, Tony’s passion for helping others and his strong family ties to the military, with his father’s service in the Army and his brothers serving in the Marines and Navy, has led him to A Place At Home – Inland Empire. He truly believes that this venture is his calling, ensuring seniors, veterans, and their families receive the utmost care and support.
