Rick and Kris Perkins have cared about the safety of Larimer County and Douglas County residents for a long time.<\/span><\/p>\n Rick is a former counselor and manager who spent 20 years with Child and Adult Protective Services, as well as <\/span>serving as Program Coordinator<\/span> for the Juvenile Assessment Center.
