La Wana Riley
La Wana came to A Place At Home as a caregiver with several years of previous experience working in assisting living, skilled nursing and personal care homes. After joining A Place At Home, La Wana quickly advanced to the Field Supervisor position, in which she oversees, coaches and trains our caregiving staff and ensures clients’ needs are being met. When La Wana isn’t handling business in the field, she enjoys being a #BoyMom and a MeMe to her six grandloves. She recently became a foster mom to an infant and plans to adopt in the future. La Wana enjoys having the best of both worlds – supporting the aging and elderly community with A Place At Home and taking care of family and little ones in her personal life.
Bobbi started her caregiving career back in California, where she learned firsthand how essential caregivers are while taking care of her aging loved ones. Upon moving to Texas in 2022, she sought opportunities to continue her career serving the aging population and became a Caregiver with A Place At Home. Within six months, she was promoted to Service Coordinator. Bobbi enjoys getting to know the caregivers and clients and making the “perfect” match to best serve clients’ unique needs.
Recruiting and Retention Specialist
Kylie began her caregiving journey by caring for loved ones. Prior to joining A Place At Home, first as a caregiver, she went to culinary school, gained management experience in the food industry, and worked with disabled adults. Kylie doesn’t view her job as “work” and treats every client like they’re a member of her own family. Kylie now oversees the recruiting and retention of our caregiving staff and looks forward to helping the company continue to support the aging and elderly population while growing in her own career.
