Jack Foreman brings 40 years of combined experience in strategic planning, management, and advisory roles across multiple industries. As a licensed Medicare insurance producer and long-term care advisor, he has worked with clients throughout the Lake Norman and Cabarrus areas, helping families understand important decisions involving care, insurance, and long-term planning.<\/p>

His commitment to home care became deeply personal when his mother was diagnosed with dementia. Jack and his family found themselves facing the same questions many families encounter when a parent begins needing more help. They had to determine what kind of care was needed, who they could trust, and how to support both of his parents while continuing to manage work, children, and everyday responsibilities.<\/p>

The experience showed Jack that families often need more than someone to simply fill caregiver hours. They need someone who will listen, help them understand their options, and guide them through decisions that can feel unfamiliar and overwhelming.<\/p>

Today, that experience shapes the way Jack leads A Place At Home \u2013 Cornelius. He believes good home care begins by looking at the whole situation, including the senior\u2019s needs, the family\u2019s concerns, and how those needs may change over time.<\/p>

His background in Medicare insurance and long-term care planning also gives him a broader perspective when speaking with families about care and the choices they may need to make in the years ahead.<\/p>

Jack has traveled to nearly 40 countries across six continents, giving him a broad perspective on the different ways families and communities care for one another.
