Hello A Place At Home Franchise Family!
Welcome to your annual convention page! Thank you for setting aside the time to learn and grow as a leader where our corporate headquarters was founded in Omaha, Nebraska.
The events of the last year have brought us many unique challenges. 2020-2021 has also inspired us to innovate, adapt, and grow. Now, more than ever, we are extremely grateful to be in this resilient industry. In our short 4 years as a franchise family we have navigated major historical moments with determination and fortitude. Your efforts to continue supporting your communities and protect our nation’s seniors have filled us with great pride. We know we can count on you to continue to be there for the senior population in your community as our nation recovers.
Our hope for you at our annual convention is to listen and learn. This year’s theme is ELEVATE YOUR TEAM. America is changing. Instead of putting clients’ interests alone first, we must also prioritize the interest of our caregivers. Focusing on work-life balance, career advancement, and company policies will create better employee experiences which translate into better financial results. We hope you will discover new ideas and become reinvigorated to build towards a stronger future after you leave the convention.
More importantly, this time is meant for all of you to get to know each other and to know that you’re never alone. This APAH Franchise family will always have your back. We will grow together, have fun together, and conclude with the awards ceremony, celebrating each other’s achievements together!
