Madeline and Mike Red
At A Place At Home – Carrollton, Michael and Madeline view caregiving as both a calling and a responsibility. Michael’s journey began with more than five years of hands-on experience as a caregiver, where he witnessed firsthand the profound difference compassionate care can make in helping others live with dignity and comfort. Today, he and Madeline also provide care for Michael’s father-in-law, giving them a personal perspective on the daily challenges families face when supporting aging loved ones.
Born in the Philippines and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Michael and Madeline have always held family and community close to their hearts. After marrying, they built a life centered on service, raising their son, now 23, and combining over 30 years of experience in insurance and finance. Their recent move to the Dallas-Fort Worth area marked the start of their next chapter: opening A Place At Home – Carrollton.
For Michael and Madeline, this franchise represents more than a business, it’s an opportunity to blend professional expertise with their passion for caregiving. Their mission is clear: to provide seniors with compassionate, reliable, and personalized care, while giving families peace of mind that their loved ones are truly supported.

Mike Red
Owner
Mike Red is the Co-Owner of A Place At Home – Carrollton, where compassion meets professionalism to support seniors and their families. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Mike brings more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and finance industries, along with five years of hands-on caregiving providing 24/7 care for two adults with special needs. These experiences shaped his belief that quality care should always be delivered with dignity, respect, and a personal touch.
Together with his wife of 10 years and their 23-year-old son, Mike proudly operates A Place At Home – Carrollton as a family-owned and family-driven business. Together, they are dedicated to building meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, ensuring care that is truly personalized and feels like home.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, working out, running marathons, and playing pickleball. His commitment to healthy living and connection with others informs the way he leads his agency, helping seniors embrace life with comfort, independence, and joy.
Madeline Red
Owner
Madeline is the Co-Owner of A Place At Home – Carrollton, where she oversees all business operations with dedication and care. Born in the Philippines and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, she brings both personal insight and professional expertise to her role. Madeline has firsthand caregiving experience, having cared for a young adult with special needs and currently supporting her aging father at home. These experiences have shown her the profound difference compassionate, dependable care can make in people’s lives.
With 17 years of experience in the insurance and finance industry, Madeline combines operational skill with a heartfelt commitment to service. She enjoys traveling across the country and cherishes time with her family. Above all, she is passionate about helping seniors remain safe, independent, and happy in the comfort of their own homes, treating every client like family with kindness, respect, and personalized attention.
